2008 Toyota Family Literacy Teacher of the Year Named

Toyota named Katy Kibbey from Wayne County, Mich., as the national 2008 Toyota Family Literacy Teacher of the Year at the National Conference on Family Literacy in Louisville. This award recognizes an educator who has made a significant impact on the lives of the families enrolled in family literacy programs.
