How do you improve on one of industry’s most effective production systems? You share it. Since 1992, our Toyota Production System Support Center team (TSSC) has shown over 200 businesses and nonprofits how to apply basic concepts of the Toyota Production System (TPS) to their own operations: from optimizing a furniture assembly line, to helping volunteers rebuild hurricane-damaged homes faster, and more. In 2011, we made TSSC a not-for-profit, to share our know-how more broadly. Our goal is to help more companies and nonprofits improve their processes and maximize their impact. Because the more we can help our communities and our neighbors, the more they can help others.
