Jyoti Chopra is a distinguished corporate executive, board director, and thought leader with over 25 years of global experience in business transformation, human resources, and ESG practices.
She most recently served as Chief People Officer and head of Corporate Responsibility at MGM Resorts International, overseeing Human Resources and social impact initiatives for a workforce of 62,000. Jyoti played a critical role in agile workforce planning and led major HR technology and philanthropy transformations. Previously, Jyoti was Senior Vice President for HR Strategy and Transformation at Pearson Plc., managing global operations across 70 countries and also held leadership roles at BNY Mellon, Deloitte and Merrill Lynch.
Jyoti was born in London and holds a BA in Journalism from New York University, has completed the Securities Industry Institute at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and holds an MBA from Oxford University.
She is currently a member of the Executive Council of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and serves on the Board of Directors and the Compensation and Corporate Governance Committees for Schneider National.
